Les concerts de musiques extrêmes sont réputés pour leur intensité, pour le headbanging et les moshpits, c’est vrai. Metal Workout propose une séance collective de yoga sur de la grosse distos, suivi d’un cours de cross training, les deux adaptés à plusieurs niveaux, de débutant à confirmé.
